Sadly, the Kentucky Court of Appeals issued no family law decisions this week. No reported decisions, no unreported decisions. Nothing.

The criminal tally is similarly bleak. The Court of Appeals favored the prosecution in every case. Final score of Cops 4, Robbers 0.
